These issues have long been marginalized by outdated federal systems, discriminatory laws, and insufficient funding for vital community resources. The lack of priority given to mental health and addiction treatment in this country has created barriers to care for countless individuals. We are committed to breaking down these barriers, advocating for systemic change, and providing the compassionate care needed to help individuals thrive.
we offer specialized Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) designed to support individuals overcoming substance abuse. Our structured approach provides a flexible, yet comprehensive, treatment plan that allows clients to receive professional care while maintaining their daily responsibilities. Through therapy, education, and support, we help individuals rebuild their lives, offering the tools and strategies needed for long-term sobriety and well-being. Our goal is to empower clients to break free from addiction and achieve sustainable recovery.

Community Faith is committed to supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders, working in alignment with Virginia's vision of "Building and Transforming Coverage, Services, and Supports for a Healthier Virginia" (as outlined in the 1115 waiver renewal at dms.virginia.gov). Our Intensive Outpatient Services provide both group and individual treatment options for Medicaid members with Sentara or Molina, allowing clients to strengthen their recovery in a supportive environment. Through personalized care, clients benefit from an interdisciplinary team offering case management, medication management, MAT services, medical and psychiatric support, psychoeducation, and more—customized to each Individualized Treatment Plan. Above all, our goal is to enrich the lives of our clients, helping them thrive each day they are with us.
